1. Who we are
165Live is a service of Sorority Records Communications LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach a real person Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm at 773.571.9884.
2. What you're buying
The $165 package includes one fully functional website and one new logo for an existing business. Optional add-ons are priced separately: rush turnaround (+$50), same-day service (+$150), and Facebook ads management ($500 per month plus your ad spend, billed as a recurring subscription). Prices are shown before checkout and tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
3. Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 7 days, rush is 3 days, and same-day service is delivered the same business day. Turnaround begins when we have received your payment and all required brand assets and information through the upload page. Delays in providing content, feedback, or access may extend delivery.
4. Domains and hosting
You may bring your own domain or we can help you acquire one; we recommend that you purchase and own your domain directly. Domain registration and any third-party hosting or ad platform fees are not included in the $165 price.
5. Your content and rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, name, and text you send us. On full payment, you own the final delivered logo and website content. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Payments, refunds and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. One-time service fees are charged at checkout. Because work begins immediately, one-time fees are non-refundable once design work has started; if we have not started, contact us and we will refund in full. The Facebook ads subscription renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period, and partial months are not refunded.
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or advertising outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
