1. Who we are

165Live is operated by Sorority Records Communications LLC. Reach us at 773.571.9884, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone number.
  • Brand assets you upload: logos, images, copy, and any other files you send for your revamp.
  • Order information: which package and add-ons you bought, order reference, and subscription status.
  • Basic technical data such as your browser and device type when you visit the site.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only confirmation details such as the amount, the last four digits, and your billing email so we can fulfil and support your order. Stripe's own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to build and deliver your website and logo, to run Facebook ads management if you purchase it, to send order confirmations and service updates, to provide support, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us operate: Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider for storing your uploads and order records, and our email provider for notifications. If you buy ads management, we work within your ad accounts on your behalf.

6. How long we keep it

We keep brand assets and project records for as long as we support your project, and order and billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your uploads once your project is complete.

7. Security

Uploads and order records are stored with access restricted to our team and the systems that need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Call 773.571.9884 and we will help.
